Your mission

As Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for successfully designing inspiring projects for our clients. You translate our clients' wishes into high-level brand experiences. You are highly versatile, flexible and detail oriented. You thrive under high work pressure and deadlines, and enjoy being on the floor during the production of an event.

With your hands-on mentality, you know how to get things done, while communicating calmly and clearly with clients and various partners. Hospitality, creativity and going the extra mile characterise you.

As Senior Project Manager, you bear responsibility for the execution of your projects from start to finish. You work closely with other project managers, guide and mentor juniors, and report to the Production Director on all things production. You advise clients on the best choices, monitor budgets and schedule regular update meetings to inform them on the progress.

Moreover, you also work together with the Client Director in developing strong event concepts, preparing pitch decks and tenders in order to win new projects and clients. You have the chance to work together with our inhouse strategists, creatives, PR & communication specialists and studio designers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Organising brand experiences for various clients in various locations and managing your projects from A to Z, from concept, quotation, budget planning, production planning and execution to debrief.
Collaborating with an expert team for strategy, creation and communication, on impactful and creative concepts for clients.
Making sure you have a strong project management flow and providing good stakeholder and supplier management.
Be an expert communicator in conversations with clients, stakeholders and suppliers.
Presenting ideas and facts in a clear way, tailored to your audience.
You keep your finger on the pulse when it comes to new developments, event venues, suppliers and inspire your clients and colleagues.
Writing pitch decks and preparing quotes to win new projects.
Taking responsibility for the full execution of your projects, with support from your colleagues.

Your profile

You have a Master or Bachelor degree (or equivalent).
5 years experience in an event agency.
Proactive and entrepreneurial.
Problem-solving mindset.
Clear communicator and stress resistant.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Dutch, additional English or French language is a plus.
