Your mission
As Head of People, you will lead the People & Culture strategy, reporting directly to the CEO.
You'll be a key member of the Leadership Team and part of the Board, responsible for shaping the agency's culture and people initiatives. You will manage strategic HR topics and act as the Business Partner for our office in France. You will foster an environment where creativity and collaboration flourish. You will play a crucial role in scaling the P&C team as it grows. You will start with three team members and you will be responsible for adding new business partners to maintain quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute a strategic People & Culture vision in collaboration with the Leadership Team for all our offices in Europe.
Act as a trusted advisor and Business Partner to the Board and the Leadership Team with support of the People & Culture team.
Develop and improve talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Oversee the P&C Center of Excellence, ensuring alignment across 4 countries (and more to come).
Drive cultural initiatives that foster creativity, inclusivity, and collaboration.

Strategic Vision & Organizational Development: Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, drive change, and implement innovative HR solutions for long-term success.
Leadership & Influence: Inspire and lead the People & Culture team, drive cultural change, and represent HR at the board level.
Culture & Engagement: Foster a strong company culture and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and retention.
Succession Planning: Expertise in creating and managing succession plans for key leadership roles, ensuring long-term stability and business continuity.
Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Designing competitive, equitable compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain top talent, particularly at the executive level.
People Operations & Efficiency: Ensure efficient HR processes and use data-driven insights to improve decision-making.
Coaching & Mentorship: Acting as a coach and mentor to senior leaders and HR professionals, developing their skills and guiding them through complex people-related challenges.
Building High-Performance Teams: Ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing People & Culture team, ensuring they have the skills and support to deliver impactful results.
Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion strategies, promoting a culture where everyone feels valued.
Communication Skills: Communicate clearly across all levels and manage conflicts constructively.
Fluent in French, English (Dutch & German is a plus)
