Your mission
OVAL is focused on expanding its client roster to include prominent multi-country, European brands. As the Business Development Coordinator for Europe, you will be part of the Powerful Portfolio team and report to its lead. Your role is to support at identifying new opportunities, creating and implementing sales campaigns, and driving lead generation efforts across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research and AnalysisResearch potential markets, industries, and clients.
Analyze trends and competitor activities.
Provide detailed reports and insights to the Powerful Portfolio team.
2. Lead Generation and Management
Support the identification and qualification of leads across multiple channels.
Maintain and update the CRM tools with accurate client and prospect data.
Monitor and report on lead progress and opportunity status. Prepare pipeline dashboards.
3. Outreach Support
Collaborate on developing compelling sales campaigns, elevator pitches, and marketing materials.
4. Client Relationship Management
Provide administrative and logistical support during client meetings and calls.
5. Project Coordination
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
Monitor project progress, report status, and escalate challenges when needed.
6. Administrative Tasks
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize events.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
