Business Controller Group

Contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI), Temps plein · Antwerp & Brussels
Your mission
Reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating closely with the Finance Operations team (5 FTEs), your scope encompasses all countries where the Group is active (Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany). Your mission is to enhance the Group’s financial performance by delivering insightful analyses, defining and reporting key KPIs, strengthening operational and financial controls, and leading ad-hoc financial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Conduct profitability analyses per clients, teams, and projects.

  • Business Control: Oversee project margins, supplier transactions, compliance with client contract clauses

  • Rolling Forecasts & KPIs: Define and report on leading indicators.

  • Benchmarking: Identify best practices in sector and apply insights to improve performance.

  • Project Lead: Drive specific projects such as VAT compliance and CO2 compensation initiatives.

  • Tax and Subsidies Optimization: Enhance fiscal efficiency and identify subsidy opportunities.

  • Support International Expansion: Provide financial expertise to aid growth into new markets.


Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Economics.

  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role or auditing.

  • Experience in an event or communication agency is a plus.

  • Excellent knowledge of financial systems and advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and process improvement.

  • A hands-on, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in English, Dutch, and French; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
