Your mission will be to:
- Manage the client interface on operational points and participate in steering committees
- Search for service providers, locations and all suppliers necessary for the implementation of projects
- Production of supplier specifications and team briefs
- Establish work schedules in pre-production and in the field
- Manage production assistants
- Design budgets and ensure budget monitoring of projects
- Negotiate and carry out, in the best conditions, the purchases and contracts of engagement, co-production, insurance, various technical or service providers
- Guarantee and optimize the expected gross margin of the operation
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and administrative constraints
- Monitor the different phases of the project, ensuring compliance with the specifications and deadlines
- Write and distribute meeting minutes
- Supervise the realization of the layout plans of a decor / light / sound and the assembly of the technical file
- Anticipate, assess, decide and intervene for any technical or organizational problem
- Plan, organize and coordinate the work of dedicated teams in pre-prod (technical director, stage managers, logistics teams, etc.)
- Recruit, brief, organize and coordinate the work of field teams as part of the productions entrusted to him
- Control the administrative follow-up of the project, in particular customer invoicing and the management of down payments
- Ensure the post-production of the project (credit card expenses, expense reports, payment of service providers, return of goods, etc.)
- Ensure the implementation in the field of assembly to disassembly
- Solve technical and practical problems during assembly, operation and dismantling of operations (presence at events)
- Coordinate the various service providers involved according to the schedule and make any necessary adjustments
- Organize logistical aspects (transport, catering, accommodation...)
- Write reports (quantitative and qualitative)
