As an all-round project management intern, you are an essential link within our team. You support both the account and campaign teams as well as the production team in the preparation, organization, and execution of our projects and events. You help translate creative ideas into tight schedules and well-crafted productions, keeping an eye on detail and feasibility.

An overview of your tasks:

  • You support the account managers with various tasks such as research, planning, and action lists.

  • You assist in supporting and producing campaigns, with attention to design, detail, and creativity.

  • You help find the right components for events, from locations and suppliers to planning and logistics.

  • You assist with the organization and production of events and are present on-site to help with setup, execution, and breakdown.

  • You contribute to the daily operations at the office and are a valuable part of the team.

Your profile

  • Strong communication skills, a team player, and an organizational talent.

  • Enthusiastic, stress-resistant, and proactive.

  • You present yourself in a professional and representative manner.

  • Preferably in possession of a category B driver’s license.

Als stagiaire allround projectmanager  ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen ons team. Je ondersteunt zowel het account- en campagneteam als het productieteam bij de voorbereiding, organisatie en uitvoering van onze projecten en events. Je werkt mee aan het vertalen van creatieve ideeën naar strakke planningen en zorgvuldige producties, waarbij je oog hebt voor detail en  haalbaarheid.

Een overzicht van jouw taken:

  • Je ondersteunt de accountmanagers bij uiteenlopende taken zoals research, planningen en actielijsten

  • Je helpt mee bij de ondersteuning en productie van campagnes,  met oog voor design, detail en creativiteit.

  • Je helpt bij het vinden van de juiste invulling voor evenementen, van locaties en leveranciers tot planning en logistiek.

  • Je assisteert bij de organisatie en productie van events, en bent ter plekke aanwezig om te helpen bij opbouw en uitvoering en afbouw.

  • Je draagt bij aan het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen op kantoor en bent een waardevol onderdeel van het team.

  • Enthousiast, stressbestendig en proactief.

  • Je hebt een representatieve uitstraling.

  • Het liefst in bezit van rijbewijs B.
