Als Creative Designer bij OVAL ben je een essentieel onderdeel van ons creatieve team en draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van experience-driven communicatiecampagnes voor nationale en internationale topmerken zoals Google, Randstad en bol. Je combineert visueel talent met strategisch inzicht om impactvolle en innovatieve ontwerpen te maken die merken laten schitteren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Creatief ontwerp en hands-on management van design verzoeken voor campagnes en projecten.

  • Ontwikkelen van visuele concepten en key visuals voor marketing campagnes, evenementen en digitale content.

  • Creëren van nieuwe en vertalen van bestaande brand guidelines naar originele content voor diverse kanalen, waaronder social media, advertenties, event branding en presentaties.

  • Creëren van sterke visuele presentaties en pitch decks die ons werk en onze ideeën overtuigend overbrengen.

  • Ontwerpen van digitale en grafische assets met een focus op zowel online als offline toepassingen.

  • Meedenken over creatieve strategieën en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe content formats.

  • Actief deelnemen aan brainstorms met strategen en creatieve teams.

  • Werken met de nieuwste design- en AI-tools om efficiënt en innovatief te ontwerpen.

  • Samenwerken met Art Directors, Copywriters en Producers om geïntegreerde creatieve concepten te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren.

  • Proactief trends in design, digitale innovaties en technologische ontwikkelingen volgen en toepassen in je werk.

  • Snel en effectief ideeën kunnen visualiseren, zelfs onder hoge tijdsdruk, zonder in te leveren op kwaliteit en creativiteit.

Jouw profiel

  • Een creatieve en leergierige designer met een passie voor branding, advertising en digitale media.

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een creatieve design rol (bureau-ervaring is een plus, maar geen must).

  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en een passie voor typografie, kleurgebruik en compositie.

  • Uitstekende beheersing van Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), en presentatieprogramma’s zoals Google Slides en PowerPoint.

  • Ervaring met motion design (After Effects of andere animatie tools) is een plus.

  • Kennis van AI-tools voor design en content creatie is een pré.

  • Zelfstandig, proactief en in staat om onder strakke deadlines te werken.

  • Je werkt gestructureerd en weet meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd te managen.

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

Your mission
As a Creative Designer at OVAL, you’ll be an essential part of our creative team, contributing to the development of experience-driven communication campaigns for national and international top brands like Google, Randstad, and bol. You combine visual talent with strategic insight to create impactful and innovative designs that make brands shine.

our responsibilities:

  • Creative design and hands-on management of design requests for campaigns and projects.

  • Developing visual concepts and key visuals for marketing campaigns, events, and digital content.

  • Creating new and adapting existing brand guidelines into original content for various channels, including social media, advertising, event branding, and presentations.

  • Designing strong visual presentations and pitch decks that convincingly convey our work and ideas.

  • Designing digital and graphic assets with a focus on both online and offline applications.

  • Contributing to creative strategy and developing new content formats.

  • Actively participating in brainstorm sessions with strategists and creative teams.

  • Working with the latest design and AI tools to design efficiently and innovatively.

  • Collaborating with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Producers to develop and execute integrated creative concepts.

  • Proactively tracking and applying trends in design, digital innovation, and technological developments in your work.

  • Quickly and effectively visualizing ideas, even under tight deadlines, without compromising quality or creativity.

Your profile

  • A creative and eager-to-learn designer with a passion for branding, advertising, and digital media.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a creative design role (agency experience is a plus but not a must).

  • You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for typography, color use, and composition.

  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and presentation tools like Google Slides and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with motion design (After Effects or other animation tools) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for design and content creation is a bonus.

  • Independent, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

  • You work in a structured way and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
