As a Senior Account Manager, you lead the design and delivery of inspiring projects that bring client visions to life while building strong, lasting relationships. The design or conceptual phase of projects is in close collaboration with our in-house strategists & creatives. The roll-out of the projects with the Production Director and the team of Project Managers.
You thrive under pressure, delivering high-quality proposals and experiences with attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
Reporting to the Client Director, you manage project teams, ensuring creative and effective solutions for every production. You’re the primary client contact, fostering trust and collaboration with clients and suppliers alike.
From smaller solo projects to larger collaborations with the Client Director, you ensure every detail is executed to perfection. You also create compelling presentations and lead strategic and creative client meetings to shape impactful brand strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Nurture & grow existing client relationships by listening and creating on point brand experiences to help grow their brand.
Together with the Client Director and colleague Account Managers, you are handling all new requests and are making sure we create strong experiences that we/you pitch to the clients in the form of concept presentations.
You form a dream team with Project Manager(s) and manage the assigned projects autonomously together with your team.
You write inspiring presentations and participate constructively in strategic and creative meetings if necessary.
During the production phase, you work as a coach on the job and use your project skills to keep everything on track with professional communication to the client.
You act as a day-to-day spoc for your customers. The crucial meetings are organised in consultation with the Client Director or Production Director.
You keep your finger on the pulse when it comes to new developments, event locations, suppliers and inspire your colleagues with these.
You manage the project budgets, taking into account a healthy profitability and margin.
